Associate, BizOps & Analytics (AI)

Location: Remote; applicants must currently reside in specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada. Offices are available in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago, and Toronto.

Base salary: $100K–$140K annually, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is a pre-IPO startup building an AI-powered super app for car ownership, including insurance, vehicle transactions, registration, loans, diagnostics, repairs, parking, and related services.

What you will do

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to apply customer performance insights to acquisition strategies.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B experiments for new and existing product features.
• Define and test levers that improve profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Use machine learning models and complex data analysis to extract insights for business and product decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• At least 1 year of management consulting experience at a top firm or relevant business analysis and operations experience.
• High comfort with SQL and complex data analysis.
• Strong first-principles problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate with audiences ranging from frontline employees to C-suite leaders.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
