2027 Summer Intern, Tech Partners Operations Analyst (Reston, VA)

Location: Hybrid work from Reston, Virginia, United States. This is a 10-week full-time internship running from June through August. US citizenship or permanent work authorization is required. Housing and relocation assistance are not provided.

Salary: $23 per hour. The listed full-time employment pay range is $37,855–$64,354.

What you will do

• Support alliance reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, operational analytics, and CRM data quality reviews.
• Track opportunities, deal registrations, partner certifications, designations, enablement programs, incentives, and investments.
• Prepare business reviews, presentations, partner meeting materials, battlecards, newsletters, and sales assets.
• Maintain alliance documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational playbooks.
• Research partner programs, technology trends, and ecosystem initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement, reporting automation, and the use of AI-powered tools in alliance operations and communications.

Requirements

• At least 15 completed college-level credit hours by the start date in business, analytics, information systems, marketing, communications, management, economics, public policy, or a related field.
• US citizenship or permanent work authorization is required due to federal contract requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn unfamiliar technologies and business processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, or SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with business reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or project coordination.
• Interest in technology partnerships, consulting, business operations, strategic growth, cloud platforms, enterprise software, AI technologies, or partner ecosystems.
• Experience using AI tools for productivity, research, content development, or analysis.
