Construction Manager (Transmission)

Location: Alvarado, Texas; essential duties are performed at a company-designated office or field location, with traveling required. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Oversee project execution from pre-construction through completion.
• Manage multiple crews and coordinate safety, material handling, quality, schedules, costs, field activities, and subcontracts.
• Monitor project progress against safety, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage labor and fleet resources to maximize productivity and minimize lost time.
• Maintain public and client relations and provide regular project status updates to management.
• Support estimating, work-method development, and the pursuit of new contracts.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the electrical construction industry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Journeyman-level skills and training.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Current authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
