Design Project Manager (Engineering and Construction)

Salary: USD 144,000–190,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct consulting, design, or construction management services for complex assigned projects.
• Manage projects with larger scopes, higher valuations, and larger teams.
• Lead integrated project delivery involving multiple project components and subcontractors.
• Manage client relationships and create positive project experiences that support future work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least seven years of successful project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and manage large teams, including subcontractors.
• Intermediate understanding of core engineering disciplines and design and construction project delivery.
• At least eight hours of leadership or supervisory training annually.
