Sr. Consultant, Facilities Center of Excellence (CoE)

Location: Virtual Office

Estimated hiring range: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support P&L growth and strategic initiatives for the Facilities Center of Excellence.
• Plan and manage multiple client projects, serving as project lead when needed.
• Develop recommendations, business cases, and strategic insights for senior executives.
• Build relationships with C-suite, supply chain, facilities, construction, vendor, and contractor stakeholders.
• Develop work plans, track project progress, and validate savings from client engagements.
• Contribute to thought leadership, conferences, and new facilities products and services.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Consulting or analytical experience in healthcare, including clinical and non-clinical operations.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, estimating, medical equipment procurement, or logistics.
• Proficiency in project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, relationship-building, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and on short notice to meet client needs and timelines.

• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
