Sr. Consultant, Forecasting (Life Sciences)

Location: Connecticut, United States — Remote

Salary: $118,000–$177,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Build and maintain demand, patient-based, patient flow, business development valuation, and long-range planning forecast models.
• Conduct scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to support strategic commercial decisions.
• Analyze life sciences data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Manage workstreams and key deliverables across multiple client engagements.
• Participate in client discussions, presentations, and working sessions while delivering accurate, timely, client-ready materials.
• Contribute to forecasting methodologies, quality assurance, proposal development, and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in life sciences forecasting.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative, business, or related field.
• Experience with demand forecasting, business development forecasting, NPV analyses, value forecasting, long-range planning, or latest estimate processes.
• Experience developing forecasting models and interpreting outputs for strategic business decisions.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; VBA experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with life sciences data and analytics.
• Exposure to commercial pharmaceutical and biotechnology data.
• Experience training or mentoring junior team members.
