Manufacturing Engineer (EUV)

What you will do

• Provide manufacturability oversight from design through new product introduction for EUV systems.
• Drive end-to-end manufacturing transfers of complex products across global sites.
• Develop transfer strategies, risk mitigation plans, process flows, work instructions, tooling specifications, BOMs, routings, and control plans.
• Establish and qualify workcenters, including layouts, tooling, and equipment validation.
• Lead build validation, production readiness reviews, ramp-up, and replication of yield, quality, throughput, and safety performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain while driving knowledge transfer, training, documentation, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related technical field, with substantial technical production experience; alternatively, a relevant master’s degree with thorough production experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or design engineering is preferred.
• Experience with factory transfer, line replication, new-site setup, complex assemblies, precision tooling, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP systems; SAP is preferred, along with knowledge of hardware/software interfaces and systems engineering.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, data analysis, root cause analysis, process control, technical drawings, specifications, and BOM structures.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations before beginning work.

Nice to have

• Software or controls experience.
• NX Siemens, SolidWorks, vacuum systems, tooling and packaging development.
• Cleanroom experience in ISO 4–6 environments.
• Knowledge of test plans, GR&R, ANOVA, JMP, or Minitab.
