E-Test Product Engineering

Salary: $90,700–$111,000 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Develop, qualify, deploy, and sustain automated electrical test systems for manufacturing environments.
• Create and execute test plans, software validation activities, risk assessments, technical documentation, test recipes, product configurations, and manufacturing control processes.
• Validate electrical measurements, test methodologies, calibration systems, fixtures, pogo boards, adapter boards, cable assemblies, and related manufacturing equipment.
• Perform Gauge R&R, correlation, gauge capability, statistical, and measurement evaluations to ensure test accuracy, repeatability, and reliability.
• Analyze manufacturing and qualification data using JMP, SQL, Power BI, and other tools to identify trends, improve yield, and optimize processes.
• Investigate false failures, measurement drift, process variation, production issues, and line-down events while partnering with engineering, operations, software, and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, JMP, and SQL.
• Experience using empirical analysis, modeling, testing methodologies, and data analysis to validate designs and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, silicon processing, CMOS circuits, and electrical design tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Mastery in English is required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of thermal ink-jet products.
• Experience with product qualification, validation, statistical analysis, Gauge R&R, MSA, DOE, or SPC.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, VBA, manufacturing automation, factory integration, NPI, or manufacturing readiness.
