About the Role

You will own US bank-partner onboarding and licence operationalisation, coordinating the controls, agreements, integrations, and readiness activities required for launch. You will manage assigned partners, deliver cross-functional programs, maintain operating cadence, and provide leadership with business cases and operational recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of operating experience in fintech payments banking or regulated financial services
• Experience taking a financial product live with US banks
• Experience with sponsor-bank or BaaS programs FBO accounts or money-transmitter-based programs
• Knowledge of US money-transmission licensing BSA AML expectations and flow-of-funds design
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs
• Commercial and analytical judgment including fee schedules and program economics
• Written communication and executive judgment
• Based in the United States
• Ability to travel to partners and the Miami office as needed

Responsibilities

• Own the US bank-partner portfolio and onboarding cycle
• Manage program structure commercials due diligence agreements and integration gates
• Build primary and backup partner redundancy
• Operationalise US money-transmission licences and launch-readiness plans
• Define flow-of-funds requirements and coordinate monitoring ledger reconciliation and onboarding workstreams
• Manage partner trackers scorecards stewardship memos rate cards and commercial terms
• Lead cross-functional programs across the Americas and beyond
• Maintain project tracking and escalate risks and decisions
• Produce business cases opportunity assessments and operational-readiness recommendations
