Senior Associate (AI)

Location: Toronto; on-site, with in-person work required 4–5 days per week

Salary: CAD 100,000–160,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Support the identification, incubation, launch, and scaling of new products and market opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Work with clients to analyze workflows and goals and support successful product launches and adoption.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to inform feature development and go-to-market execution.
• Support segmentation, positioning, pricing, launch planning, project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track success metrics and contribute to the growth and adoption of new product lines.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or similar roles in technology or high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and market insights for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to take ownership and accountability.
• Evidence of an entrepreneurial mindset and high performance in previous roles or studies.
• Willingness to work in person at the Toronto office 4–5 days per week.
