Premier Client Banker - PNC Wealth Management (Fintech)

Location: Hilliard, Ohio, United States; in-office position

Base salary: $63,750–$106,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire, engage, and retain mass affluent clients.
• Generate and manage leads, client appointments, and sales opportunities.
• Build internal partnerships and coordinate ecosystem experts to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Manage client portfolios, profitability, risk, onboarding, servicing, and relationship administration.
• Deliver mass affluent advice and planning through collaboration with a hirify.global Financial Advisor.
• Provide proactive service and financial wellness guidance while strengthening client advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, relationship management, customer retention, selling, and customer experience management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, decision-making, critical-thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the Hilliard, Ohio office.

• FINRA Series 7 and 66, or Series 63 and 65.
