Ohlone College Career Event - SBM

Location: Fremont, California; the role may require driving to customer sites, company facilities, and various work locations, with some travel.

What you will do

• Support daily operations and coordinate schedules, routes, personnel assignments, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with inspections covering safety, quality, service, facilities, and program compliance.
• Support budgets, cost estimates, bid sheets, contracts, long-range plans, and process improvement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between SBM, customers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, and client operations teams.
• Conduct meetings, address customer service requests, support human resources matters, and help resolve operational issues.
• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate employees while maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• A.A. degree in Business Management or a related field with 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Leadership potential, ownership, strong communication, problem-solving, planning, time management, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, compounds, chemicals, and safe operating practices.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read procedures and manuals, respond to customer or regulatory inquiries, and present information to groups.
• Willingness and ability to relocate; a valid driver’s license, safety training, and forklift certification may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
