Salary: $66,291.00–$86,178.00 per year

What you will do

• Manage revenue, profitability, labor, equipment sub-rentals, billing, forecasts, and location P&L activities for assigned venues.
• Oversee daily event operations, including scheduling, equipment setup, operation, strikes, inventory control, and safety procedures.
• Develop sales strategies, prepare quotes and proposals, support site visits, and collaborate with vendors and internal departments.
• Maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel, monitor events onsite, and ensure equipment and services meet client requirements.
• Guide technicians through audio-visual troubleshooting and act as the onsite technical expert when needed.
• Manage staffing, performance, training, coaching, and development for the event technology team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of audio-visual experience and 2 years of operations or supervisory experience.
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred; sales experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in a live show environment.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, the Internet, and Microsoft Office.
• Effective leadership, customer satisfaction focus, and a valid driver’s license when operating company vehicles.
