3rd Shift Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Pinetops, North Carolina, United States. Candidates must already have authorization to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead a production team within an assigned manufacturing unit or line.
• Ensure production schedules meet volume requirements and inventory service levels.
• Identify production deficiencies and oversee equipment or facility improvements.
• Lead shift meetings and coordinate resolution of critical production and equipment issues.
• Monitor process and equipment health while maintaining operational, reliability, quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of experience leading in a manufacturing or product development environment, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Project management skills for leading small Kaizen projects.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or a proven track record leading continuous improvement projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and willingness to travel as required.
