TL;DR
Senior Genesys Engineer / Developer (Genesys/Telephony): Developing and supporting Genesys On-Premise contact-center platforms, integrations, routing, reporting, and IVR with an accent on VoIP protocols, SQL databases, and L3 technical support. Focus on troubleshooting complex telephony environments, connecting platforms through REST APIs, and supporting migration toward Diabolocom/CCaaS.
Location: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do
- Develop, configure, and support Genesys On-Premise solutions, including Framework, Routing/URS, Reporting, and Composer/IVR.
- Work with VoIP and telephony technologies, including SIP, RTP, SDP, and SBCs.
- Develop REST API and Web Services integrations connecting telephony platforms with external systems.
- Manage Genesys Info Mart and SQL databases such as MS SQL and Oracle.
- Provide L3 technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for complex platform issues.
- Contribute to migration initiatives from Genesys On-Premise to Diabolocom/CCaaS.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premise.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP and telephony, including SIP, RTP, SDP, and SBCs.
- Experience with Genesys Info Mart and MS SQL or Oracle databases.
- Experience developing REST API or Web Services integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with L3 technical support experience.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience or strong interest in migration to Diabolocom/CCaaS.
- French language skills.
