Senior C++ Engineer (Windows)

Location: Remote or hybrid; available in Georgia, Poland, Portugal, or Spain. Relocation assistance is available to Poland or Cyprus, including visa support, flights, and first-month accommodation.

What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services in C++ for real-time trading applications.
• Build and expand server-side components for Fixed Income Financing.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
• Translate client needs into technical solutions with business teams.
• Collaborate with QA and Support to investigate and resolve development and production issues.
• Own technical problems through resolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional C++ development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C++, object-oriented programming, multithreading, concurrent programming, data structures, design patterns, and templates.
• Experience developing backend or server-side applications, with good knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Professional C++ development on Windows, particularly with Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of networking and communication protocol fundamentals, plus Git or another version control system.
• Advanced English at B2+/C1 level with strong communication skills. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial systems, electronic trading, or Fixed Income.
• Experience with Perl or shell scripting.
