Automation Engineer (UiPath RPA)

What you will do

• Lead automation projects and build RPA solutions using UiPath in line with architecture standards and best practices.
• Translate business requirements and workflow diagrams into automated tasks, schedules, and managed RPA bots.
• Design, deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot automation solutions while meeting delivery and support SLAs.
• Collaborate with business managers, process owners, IT, end users, and security teams to identify use cases and refine task-management tools.
• Develop quality-control policies, RPA development frameworks, and process documentation.
• Perform security reviews and enforce data-access controls, regulatory compliance, and HIPAA requirements for PHI.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing automation with UiPath RPA tools.
• Strong understanding of SQL, database operations, workflow design, troubleshooting, and error documentation.
• Experience with customer support or client issue resolution and the ability to manage multiple complex, high-priority projects.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required. Understanding and compliance with HIPAA and information-security policies are also required.
