What you will do

• Manage the branch's sales, service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory activities.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers through business development and calling programs.
• Coach, recruit, develop, and motivate colleagues while ensuring appropriate branch staffing.
• Build internal, business, and community partnerships to support growth in the market area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of experience in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Must provide fingerprints and complete additional background checks required by NMLS regulations.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
