Account Manager, PCS (Language Services)

Location: Remote or office-based in São Paulo, Bogotá, or Mexico City

What you will do

• Manage relationships with several key clients as their main point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate clinical translation and linguistic validation projects for internal and external clients.
• Analyze client needs and develop proposals, budgets, quotes, and project timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and external parties to ensure project delivery.
• Perform administrative follow-up from project launch through finalization.
• Ensure finished products meet quality expectations and agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in client services and account management.
• Experience in the translation industry and linguistic validation, eCOA, or COA development.
• Excellent customer service, communication, issue-resolution, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaborate effectively with teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical outcomes assessments or additional knowledge of linguistic validation.
