Product Manager (Insurance)

Location: Remote; applicants must currently reside in eligible U.S. states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA) or Ontario, Canada. The role requires regular daily overlap with global engineering business hours.

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 annually, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Own landing pages, signup funnels, app download pages, and customer experiences from first impression through purchase.
• Simplify complex insurance shopping flows that require extensive customer data.
• Personalize experiences by customer persona and marketing channel while building trust through clear communication, copy, and UI.
• Improve quote shopping by presenting complex information clearly and integrating insurance carriers with different risk models.
• Integrate products such as roadside assistance, home insurance, property tax appeals, and motorcycle insurance into the car insurance funnel.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, leadership, and the CEO to identify opportunities and ship products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing products.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing.
• Must currently reside in one of the eligible U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.
• Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with global engineering business hours.
