Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from Mexico, including Guadalajara, Hermosillo, and Mexico City

Salary: MX$75,000–MX$85,000 per month plus equity

What you will do

• Own ACME product features from discovery through launch, including specifications, PRDs, edge cases, and delivery coordination.
• Conduct customer interviews, calls, and feedback loops to identify and validate user problems.
• Manage the product ticket backlog and maintain accurate tracking of work.
• Use analytics tools to monitor usage, identify opportunities, and measure shipped outcomes.
• Prioritize the roadmap, manage competing stakeholder requests, and provide clear status updates to leadership.
• Apply AI to research synthesis, ticket analysis, PRD drafting, and evolving product development practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience owning discovery, requirements, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and work-tracking skills.
• Ability to understand engineering tradeoffs and participate comfortably in technical discussions.
• Ability to prioritize decisively, defend roadmap decisions, and communicate risks and needs to leadership.
• User-focused approach with the ability to clearly identify the problem behind each request.
• Curiosity about applying AI to product management work.
