Manager, Partner Implementations (Healthcare)

Location: New York City, New York. The role includes travel to partner sites for go-lives and onsite training, up to 40–50% per month during active implementations. NYC-based candidates willing to work in the Tribeca office 2+ days per week are strongly preferred.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation project management from signed contract through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Coordinate Operations, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Insurance, and Enrollment teams to launch partner programs.
• Manage EHR integration workstreams, including ADT, SIU, referral, and scheduling interfaces, Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks workflows, and testing.
• Coordinate training, billing and claims setup, insurance verification, referral workflows, outreach campaigns, and patient engagement strategies.
• Travel to partner sites for go-lives, onsite training, and relationship-building.
• Track referrals, enrollment, census, and charges; improve the implementation playbook and support QBRs and transitions to Account Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in implementation project management, healthcare consulting, or healthcare operations.
• At least 2 years of direct experience working with hospitals, health systems, or medical groups as clients or partners.
• Experience with EHR systems including Epic, Athena, or eClinicalWorks, particularly integrations, interface builds, or clinical workflow configuration.
• Experience launching a new product, program, or partnership and managing complex multi-workstream project plans.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, stakeholder management, and deadline-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during active implementation periods and live near a major airport.

Nice to have

• Management consulting or healthcare IT consulting experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing, credentialing, or insurance verification.
• Experience at a digital health startup or health tech company selling to health systems.
• Experience with Metabase, Excel, or Mixpanel for partner metrics and analytics.
• Experience with hospital implementations involving complex IT, compliance, and governance requirements.
