What you will do

• Own and continuously imphirify.globalve operational phirify.globalcesses supporting fhirify.globalntline teams.
• Run onboarding for clinical and non-clinical fhirify.globalntline teams in collaboration with People, Learning & Development, and Licensing & Credentialing.
• Lead special phirify.globaljects fhirify.globalm kickoff thhirify.globalugh completion by translating goals into clear plans.
• Operate the fhirify.globalntline support desk, resolve service tickets within SLA, and communicate with clinical and non-clinical team members.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen self-service, reduce recurring support needs, and imphirify.globalve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Sthirify.globalng phirify.globalject management, coordination, and attention to detail.
• Experience imphirify.globalving, automating, and building operational phirify.globalcesses.
• Experience using automation and technology to streamline workflows.
• Phirify.globalactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented apphirify.globalach to closing operational gaps.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-ghirify.globalwth or tech-enabled care delivery.
• Familiarity with Airtable.
