Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work model with in-office days

What you will do

• Build a seamless corporate spending experience and increase adoption of existing products.
• Work with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales from early concepts through implementation and launch.
• Partner with customers to understand their needs, identify product gaps, and generate new product ideas.
• Own the look, feel, design flows, and user experience of the customer-facing application.
• Create mock-ups, prototypes, reusable components, and detailed interaction specifications in Figma.
• Prioritize features based on customer and business impact while communicating product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or an early- to mid-stage startup.
• Strong technical proficiency in Figma, including reusable components and auto-layout.
• Understanding of modern front-end engineering tools and practices.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate and improve products.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with Engineering.
• Experience with accounting or finance products, or close collaboration with finance leaders, is required for the domain.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS and early- to mid-stage startup environments.
• Background working with accounting or finance-related products.
