Senior Product Design Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within Canada

Salary: CA$170,000–CA$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop product designers across multiple teams and complex product areas.
• Set design direction for zero-to-one, growth, onboarding, and other high-impact initiatives across web and mobile.
• Coach teams through experimentation using customer insights, research, data, prototypes, and product outcomes.
• Balance growth, unit economics, customer value, trust, accessibility, craft quality, and long-term experience health.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Marketing, and senior leadership on strategy, roadmaps, scope, and prioritization.
• Provide strategic leadership to the hirify.global Design System team and establish practices that scale design quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products, ideally across mobile and web.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or another complex domain.
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing product design teams.
• Meaningful zero-to-one and/or growth experience, including experimentation, acquisition, activation, and launching new experiences.
• Deep experience building, scaling, governing, adopting, or evolving design systems used by multiple teams.
• Strong product strategy, communication, judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and responsible use of modern AI tools.
