Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend financial solutions that improve financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and teller interactions.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options and use banking technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing risk and following policies.
• Participate in daily branch operations and maintain accurate, efficient execution.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking is required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Customer service, banking, proactive sales, prospecting, and retail lending skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, solve problems, and understand customer needs.
