Location: Wellesley, Massachusetts, United States; work includes in-person customer service, branch hours, and possible support for nearby branches.

Annual base pay: $38,250–$61,000 USD.

What you will do

• Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding financial needs and providing tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve concerns, and educate customers on digital banking and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and partners to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Follow regulatory, risk, fraud prevention, and internal policy requirements.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment, or qualifying retail banking, financial services, consultative sales, or hirify.global experience.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Relationship-building, consultative communication, sales, customer service, computer proficiency, and basic math skills.
• Availability to work branch hours, including possible weekends and evenings.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Additional work history or equivalent training, military service, or education.
