Consumer Engagement Lead (Health Insurance)

Location: Remote Arizona; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead implementation planning from operational intake through launch, stabilization, and scale.
• Manage milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, communication plans, and launch readiness.
• Coordinate Operations, Workforce Management, Training, Quality, Compliance, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, and other partner teams.
• Support staffing, capacity planning, adoption, and operational performance measurement.
• Communicate implementation updates, decisions, risks, and outcomes to business leaders.
• Drive post-launch stabilization, optimization, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 6 years of technical experience and 2 years of project experience.
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement or process design and implementation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong implementation planning, operational readiness, change management, stakeholder influence, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely from Arizona with a dedicated workspace and internet service providing at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
