Technical Project/Program Manager V (E5) (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required approximately 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $154,000–$212,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead a large, multi-year product development program from concept through product release, manufacturing ramp, and customer readiness.
• Define program strategy, governance, execution models, integrated plans, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate global, cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, product marketing, and field organizations.
• Drive schedule, cost, quality, risk, technology readiness, customer qualification, and sustained high-volume production.
• Manage program financials, budgets, capital investments, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Present program reviews, dashboards, trade-offs, recommendations, and risk assessments to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale, highly complex programs spanning hardware, software, and systems integration.
• Advanced program management and systems integration expertise across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Ability to lead senior engineers, workstream leaders, and functional managers in a global matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, financial, risk management, executive communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to resolve ambiguous technical, operational, and business challenges while maintaining delivery predictability.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time and work from the Santa Clara location.
