What you will do

• Evolve the vision and roadmap for the enterprise IAM platform, including authentication, authorization, federation, privileged access, and identity lifecycle management.
• Translate complex business and security requirements into product strategies and actionable features.
• Partner with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable IAM capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, design, delivery, and measurement.
• Prioritize enhancements based on risk, impact, effort, and stakeholder input while monitoring performance and defining KPIs.
• Influence executive stakeholders and mentor junior product managers within the IAM domain.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in IAM or security-related domains.
• Deep knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies, including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, SCIM, PAM, RBAC, and ABAC.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale B2C and/or B2E IAM solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and experience operating in complex, regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
