Contractor Workforce Program Manager

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA; Austin, TX; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $178,000–$211,000 annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own the contractor and extended workforce program from intake through offboarding.
• Manage vendor and staffing supplier relationships and monitor service quality.
• Build compliant processes for worker classification, onboarding, access, and data protection.
• Advise hiring managers on workforce solutions while balancing cost, speed, compliance, and risk.
• Improve vendor management tooling, reporting, documentation, systems, and workflows.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and IT to resolve escalations and maintain program controls.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in contingent workforce, extended workforce, procurement operations, or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with a Vendor Management System or similar contractor-management tooling.
• Working knowledge of worker classification, co-employment, and contractor-program compliance.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Strong operational problem-solving skills and the ability to build solutions directly.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and urgency in a fast-changing business.
