Service Fund Value Based Programs Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from Florida, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and deliver strategic specialty value-based programs aligned with enterprise performance objectives.
• Define implementation plans, priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Evaluate program outcomes, analyze performance results, and communicate insights and recommendations to executives.
• Advise functional and segment leaders on strategic initiatives, operational impacts, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare stakeholder updates and professional PowerPoint presentations for executive decision-making and program reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of healthcare or managed care experience with a provider focus.
• 5+ years leading program delivery, project management, process improvement, and workflow implementation.
• 5+ years advising executives and functional leaders on strategic priorities and program-related decisions.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and creating clear, concise, visually effective executive-level PowerPoint materials.
• Must work from a dedicated space that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience with value-based care programs.
• PMP certification.
• Six Sigma certification.
