Program Manager III - SSBCI (Healthcare Operations)

Location: Remote-FL; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end SSBCI program across business operations, data, technology, vendors, compliance, customer service, enrollment, and member experience.
• Manage multiple projects through requirements gathering, planning, resourcing, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage dependencies, requirements, risks, issues, decisions, action items, and mitigation plans through resolution.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, negotiate resources, and communicate progress, risks, decisions, and member impact to stakeholders and executives.
• Provide functional and technical knowledge of program requirements and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of project implementation, product management, or program management experience.
• Experience with complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of eligibility logic, data flows, file ingestion, system interfaces, reporting, reconciliation, testing, validation, controls, and root-cause analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Medicare Advantage, D-SNP, SSBCI, healthcare operations, vendor operations, customer service, or member experience.
• Experience with data reporting, operational controls, testing, readiness, and downstream operational impact.
• Master’s degree.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
