Scientist, In Vivo CAR-T Therapy

Location: Onsite at 2300 Market St., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Work hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., five days per week, 40 hours per week. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $119,692 per year, with a base pay range of $119,692–$119,692 USD. Performance-based bonus and/or equity may be available for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Design, plan, and execute studies supporting in vivo CAR-T development from early discovery through preclinical development.
• Conduct and analyze in vitro and in vivo studies evaluating product potency, efficacy, and safety.
• Develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot cell and gene therapy assays and laboratory methods.
• Perform cell line engineering, cell-based functional and cytotoxicity assays, ELISA and PCR-based assays, binder screening, and viral vector packaging and titration.
• Analyze scientific data, maintain accurate experimental records, and prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Collaborate with research and early development teams to translate scientific concepts into therapeutic candidates.

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in cell and/or gene therapy research.
• Experience with in vitro and in vivo experimental studies and scientific data analysis.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required. Employment eligibility will be verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify.
