What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments focused on discovering and characterizing T-cell receptors and chimeric antigen receptors.
• Conduct ex vivo and in vivo preclinical studies of cellular therapy candidates.
• Establish and use patient-derived organoids and xenografts for antigen discovery and preclinical testing.
• Generate, analyze, interpret, and present experimental data at laboratory meetings.
• Contribute to manuscripts, scientific conference presentations, laboratory operations, and coordination across a multi-institutional research team.

Requirements

• PhD-level scientist with an advanced degree preferred.
• Six to nine years of experience after an undergraduate degree.
• One to two years of work experience after completing education.
• Extensive technical proficiency and experience working on complex scientific projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and assist less-experienced peers.
