Director, Delinea Fastpath Growth Marketing (Cybersecurity)

Location: U.S. Remote

Salary: $167,840–$209,800 base salary annually, plus equity and bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the integrated growth marketing strategy for Fastpath, aligned with business, Sales, pipeline, and revenue objectives.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across demand generation, digital, content, events, paid media, and customer expansion.
• Develop co-marketing programs with the partner ecosystem to generate reach, demand, and partner-sourced pipeline.
• Lead the Fastpath growth team, including a Campaign Manager and Partner Marketing Lead.
• Manage the growth marketing budget and optimize investment based on commercial impact and return.
• Establish reporting for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.

Requirements

• Significant B2B growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing experience.
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, governance, or a related technology market.
• Proven ability to build marketing strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Strong knowledge of demand generation, campaigns, digital marketing, ABM, content, events, and Sales activation.
• Experience with partner or channel ecosystems, co-marketing, and partner-led demand generation.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing marketers, with strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills.
