Pharmacy Programs Manager

Location: Remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii; requires working in the East Coast Time Zone.

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Oversee pharmacy networks and manage day-to-day operations with external pharmacy benefit managers across Medicare plans.
• Monitor network pharmacies to ensure accurate pricing setup and consistent operational quality.
• Research claims and test benefit design implementations.
• Drive PBM vendor performance and operational integrity.
• Oversee PBM mail order and customer service functions.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and enterprise regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience with pharmacy networks and/or health plans.
• Project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to perform under pressure.
• PC proficiency, including Word and Excel, plus database experience.
• Availability to work remotely within the eligible continental United States and during East Coast Time Zone hours.
