Consumer Experience Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky; must live in the EST or CST time zone. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives that improve business performance, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional execution.
• Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions for member experience problems.
• Build relationships, influence decisions, and communicate recommendations across organizational levels.
• Manage escalations and coordinate commitments, deliverables, and action items across teams.
• Improve operations through documentation, process optimization, self-service resources, and leadership decision-support materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare operations.
• At least 3 years of project management and project leadership experience.
• Demonstrated analytical experience identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Must live in the EST or CST time zone.
• Dedicated home workspace and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting executive leadership teams or enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Experience with operational excellence, process improvement methodologies, or business transformation.
• Executive leadership and communication strategy experience.
