Associate Director, Workday Solutions (Workday)

Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Base pay: $146,410–$192,164 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Workday roadmap aligned with HR and business priorities.
• Lead functional ownership across Core HCM, U.S. Payroll, Benefits, Time, Absence, and future Workday modules.
• Oversee configuration, business processes, security, reporting, releases, testing, and platform optimization.
• Lead implementations, major enhancements, solution design, testing, cutover, and operational readiness.
• Own Workday governance, SOX controls, audit support, HR data governance, and access controls.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and a team of approximately five HRIS professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Systems.
• 10+ years of progressive HRIS or HR systems experience, including significant Workday experience.
• 5+ years leading Workday functional areas, implementations, or complex initiatives.
• Experience with Core HCM and multiple modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Time, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Performance, or Recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of Workday governance, security, controls, releases, reporting, business processes, and production support.
• People leadership, vendor management, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and change leadership experience.
