Clinical Support Specialist (Medtech)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; West Coast-based candidates preferred. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST. Training and equipment are provided remotely.

Salary: $74,000–$92,000 annually, plus incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide product education, clinical support, and technical assistance to customers and healthcare professionals by phone and video.
• Conduct scheduled remote insulin pump trainings and virtual classes covering diabetes technology and pump therapy.
• Resolve escalated customer questions and product-related issues using approved communication guidelines, product labeling, and clinical standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems and communicate with clinical and sales teams when additional action is needed.
• Identify potential health and safety issues and follow internal notification procedures.
• Support education, certification, and product promotion for healthcare professionals and external trainers when assigned.

Requirements

• RN, RD, RPh, or equivalent education and applicable experience.
• Must hold or be eligible for Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification.
• At least 5 years of clinical diabetes experience delivering education to customers and healthcare professionals.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with insulin pumps, infusion sets, and continuous glucose monitoring systems.
• At least 2 years of experience using electronic documentation systems.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in the diabetes technology industry.
• Knowledge of HIPAA.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
