US- Software Training Specialist (Clinical)

Location: Remote, USA; 30% travel to customer sites is required for eligibility, with occasional travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding and team events.

Salary: $79,000–$88,000 per year, plus full-time benefits.

What you will do

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver online, classroom, and onsite training programs for new and existing customers.
• Assess individual and group training needs and maintain training materials, databases, and learning resources.
• Evaluate and improve training formats, curriculum, delivery methods, and reinforcement strategies using learner feedback and performance data.
• Use AI tools to analyze training effectiveness, identify knowledge gaps, and recommend AI-native process improvements.
• Facilitate communities of practice, user groups, enablement sessions, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Coach customer super users and collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to improve adoption and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education, preferably in training and development, education, or a related field.
• Previous client-facing training experience, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning concepts, training development techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, interpersonal, and software literacy skills.
• Experience delivering training both in person and remotely, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools such as Claude or Copilot, Microsoft Office, and teleconferencing platforms such as Zoom and Webex.

Nice to have

• Clinical or financial experience in the senior care industry, including skilled nursing or assisted living.
• Experience with healthcare software training and customer adoption programs.
