What you will do

• Manage RCM service support and communication for smaller members.
• Use mass communication technology to deliver member support at scale.
• Manage work queues and provide liaison and advisory support.
• Provide solutions to challenges faced by RCM members.
• Maintain a primary communication line between members and the RCM Operations Team.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in RCM service support and member communication.
• Ability to manage work queues and use mass communication technology.
• Ability to provide solutions and coordinate communication with operations teams.
