Director II, Information Technology, Global Logistics

Location: Fully in office Monday-Friday at the Panorama Arrow Building in Denver, Colorado; heavy global travel required at 40-50%.

Annual hiring range: $204,800-$316,250.

What you will do

• Define the global logistics technology strategy, target architecture, multiyear roadmap, and investment portfolio.
• Lead modernization of warehouse management, transportation management, carrier connectivity, mobility, automation, shipping, trade, and logistics visibility platforms.
• Establish integration, data, security, lifecycle, governance, and operational resilience standards across logistics technologies and ERP dependencies.
• Build a global Logistics Technology center of excellence and lead portfolio governance, investment prioritization, and financial planning.
• Scale AI, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, robotics, and real-time supply-chain visibility capabilities.
• Build and coach a global leadership team while overseeing strategic vendors, transformation programs, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including significant leadership of global logistics or supply-chain technology organizations.
• Experience setting enterprise strategy and leading complex, multiyear transformation portfolios across regions and business units.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse management, transportation management, fulfillment, carrier integration, shipping, mobility, trade compliance, and logistics automation.
• Experience with Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, or another leading enterprise warehouse management solution is required.
• Experience with legacy modernization, cloud, integration, data, platform strategy, cybersecurity, continuity, operational risk, and audit requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
