Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the technology roadmap and lead a small internal IT team.
• Lead technology projects from planning through testing, communication, implementation, and rollout.
• Serve as the primary leader for the Epicor ERP environment, including upgrades, integrations, and reporting.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, access management, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Partner with manufacturing, distribution, finance, and corporate leaders to identify technology improvements.
• Manage IT vendors, consultants, licensing, managed service providers, and operating and capital budgets.

Requirements

• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with meaningful leadership responsibility.
• Previous IT Director or comparable IT leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology projects and managing IT budgets.
• Strong communication, practical problem-solving, and ability to work with executives and end users.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-site IT environments.
• Experience with manufacturing systems and business-process integrations.
• Experience in a smaller or mid-sized organization.
• Comfort working hands-on across technical and operational priorities.
