Lead Product Manager, AI Technology

Location: Austin, Texas, United States, or Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: CAD 118,300–168,300 per year for the Ontario market at the start of employment.

What you will do

• Drive execution of the internal AI platform roadmap from specification through release and post-launch iteration.
• Build and operate intake and triage processes for studio requests, feature ideas, bugs, and integration needs.
• Conduct technical landscape research, stakeholder discovery, and feasibility assessments for AI platform decisions.
• Define usage, adoption, and performance metrics and establish reporting and regression-monitoring mechanisms.
• Write detailed specifications for complex features spanning chat, knowledge bases, connectors, workflows, and documents.
• Partner with engineering, design, product leads, and studio stakeholders to resolve trade-offs and maintain delivery alignment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of end-to-end product management experience leading complex, technical, multi-team product areas.
• Technical fluency with specifications, APIs, system constraints, and engineering trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products, including LLMs, agents, RAG, automation, and AI-enabled internal workflows.
• Experience designing intake and triage processes, managing competing priorities, and driving multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define metrics, analyze data using SQL and dashboards, and communicate clearly with engineering and senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Agile fluency and strong ownership in ambiguous environments.
