What you will do

• Maintain material pricing, supplier contacts, and contract balances in ERP systems.
• Support RFX sourcing projects, sample requests for R&D, and raw material scouting.
• Resolve supplier, receipt, and Accounts Payable discrepancies with manufacturing sites.
• Support supply chain risk management and proactively address supply issues.
• Analyze supplier spend, procurement data, cost savings, and working capital metrics.
• Manage Power BI reports and dashboards while collaborating with stakeholders, suppliers, and category managers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, data analysis, or a related function.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP systems such as AS400 and Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, process tracking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and executive maturity.
• Ability to work at the Erlanger, Kentucky location.

Nice to have

• Experience in the food, beverage, agricultural, or agricultural ingredients sector.
• Hands-on experience with advanced Power BI visualization and reporting.
