Creative Technology Director (AI)

What you will do

• Build agent pipelines, MCP servers, plugins, generative video systems, and voice agents.
• Define the vision and architecture for AI-powered experiences across multiple client projects.
• Rapidly prototype generative AI concepts and choose the appropriate implementation approach, from one-file demos to multi-package monorepos.
• Lead creative technology initiatives while balancing storytelling, systems thinking, scalability, and business goals.
• Present technical possibilities and working software to executive-level clients and collaborate across functions.
• Review campaign and tool effectiveness and optimize performance using AI-derived insights, tracing, agent logs, and qualitative feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in design, strategy, product management, or a related technology-focused environment.
• Experience leading accounts or initiatives across multiple clients and industry verticals.
• Hands-on production experience with Python, TypeScript, agent SDKs, MCP, GCP, and current AI models and tooling.
• Experience building scalable frameworks, modular systems, creative operations, and process designs.
• Ability to lead junior team members, influence cross-functional teams, and present to C-suite stakeholders.
• A portfolio containing repositories, deployed demos, or working agentic systems that demonstrate strong technical and creative skills.

• Experience working with Fortune 500 brands or large-scale platforms.
