AI Engineer (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Build Generative AI solutions for a global enterprise client.
• Take LLM-based use cases from proof of concept through production.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation systems, document intelligence solutions, and conversational AI.
• Work primarily with Azure AI services and support selected AWS workloads.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders in English and present an assessment during the selection process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Proven experience delivering RAG or LLM-based applications beyond the proof-of-concept stage.
• Strong Python skills and experience with LangChain or a similar framework such as LlamaIndex or Semantic Kernel.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry or AI Studio, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage.
• Experience with vector databases or indexes, embedding models, multiple LLM families, CI/CD, and MLOps tools such as MLflow.
• Fluent English is required for daily communication with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• AWS ML services, including SageMaker, Textract, Comprehend, and Bedrock.
• Document AI, OCR, computer vision, multimodal or vision LLMs, and speech recognition.
• Fine-tuning with LoRA or PEFT, LLM caching, Redis, semantic caching, Kubeflow, Kubernetes, or containerized model serving.
• Classical ML, NLP with spaCy, and agentic patterns such as tool use, multi-agent orchestration, or MCP.
