Senior ML/AI Engineer with GCP

Location: Remote in Colombia, Mexico, or Uruguay

What you will do

• Develop and deliver data products and Generative AI solutions across business domains.
• Build, deploy, and operate Machine Learning and Generative AI models in scalable production environments.
• Facilitate adoption of the Data & AI Platform and accelerate delivery across domain teams.
• Manage infrastructure for AI/ML environments and products, including performance, observability, and reliability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and platform automation.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Data Engineering, MLOps, and DevOps teams and support AI experimentation and evaluation tools.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Backend engineering experience with APIs and services, plus Generative AI, Machine Learning, or MLOps technologies such as Airflow, MLflow, pipelines, and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Docker containerization, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with model deployment, model serving, and operating AI/ML systems in production.

• Experience with observability, incident response, or platform operations.
