TL;DR
Senior ML/AI Engineer with GCP (Generative AI/MLOps): Building and operating production-ready Generative AI and Machine Learning data products on Google Cloud with an accent on Python, infrastructure automation, model deployment, and platform engineering. Focus on designing scalable AI services, integrating CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, and ensuring observability, performance, and reliability across domain teams.
Location: Remote in Colombia, LATAM, or Uruguay

What you will do
- Develop and deliver data products and Generative AI solutions for domain teams.
- Facilitate adoption of the Data & AI Platform and accelerate delivery across teams.
- Build, deploy, and operate Machine Learning and Generative AI models in production environments.
- Manage infrastructure, observability, performance, and reliability for AI/ML products.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and platform automation.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering, Data Engineering, MLOps, and DevOps teams while supporting experimentation and evaluation tools.
Requirements
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Strong Python proficiency and backend engineering experience with APIs and services.
- Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, or MLOps technologies such as Airflow, MLflow, pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD, Docker containerization, and software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with model deployment, model serving, and operating AI systems in production.
