Customer Experience Banker - Lakeshore Branch (Banking)

What you will do

• Provide excellent service to walk-in customers and resolve customer issues.
• Identify consumer and business financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit and banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily transactions.
• Grow customer relationships through follow-up, outbound calling, referrals, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Educate customers about mobile, online banking, and other bank services.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military administration experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated customer service, communication, presentation, relationship management, or sales skills.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.
